Where to Fly Into
Florence International Airport, Peretola (FLR)
~45 minute drive to the venue
Pisa International Airport (PSA)
~1.5 hour drive to the venue
Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ)
~1 hour 45 minute drive to the venue
Rome–Fiumicino International Airport "Leonardo da Vinci" (FCO)
~3+ hour drive to the venue or 2-3 hour high speed train ride to Florence (we recommend avoiding this option unless it is simply a layover to Florence)
Passport Control:
If you do not have Global Entry, download the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) on your phone. It takes about 10 minutes to complete and will reduce the time to enter back into United States
Transport Services & Rental Cars
Rental Cars:
All events will take place at Borgo, so renting a car is not completely necessary if you would like to stay around property, but it will give you the most flexibility if you would like to explore on your own time. Please note, there are no Ubers in Tuscany and taxis require a bit of planning. Italy offers many of the same rental car services as the U.S. (Avis, Budget, Hertz, Sixt).
For ease, we recommend renting your car directly from the airport that you arrive at. You can start your search on a site like Expedia or Auto Europe to compare the best deals, but you are able to book directly with whichever company you choose.
Friendly tip: If you cannot drive a manual, make sure to filter results by automatic.
Transport Services:
There are many reputable transport services; below are three that our planner recommended
